Hilton DFW Lakes Executive Conference Center
The Hilton DFW Lakes has an opening for a Food and Beverage Outlet/Banquet Manager.
The F&B Manager oversees and supervises the outlets which includes Conference Dining, Three meal restaurant, Room Service, Sports Bar and Restaurant, and will help oversee banquet functions. This is a PM position.
Responsibilities:
Open/close outlets according to hours of operation
Must have full familiarity with menus of all the outlets and banquets
Must be familiar with and adhere to all liquor liability laws and be TABC certified
Ensure profitability by controlling expenses
Ensure guest satisfaction
Understanding of all outlet menus and positions
Knowledge of banquet event service
Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays to reflect business needs
Requirements include:
Excellent organizational skills
Knowledge of Micros systems
TABC, food handler certified

Experience:
Minimum one year as a Restaurant /Banquet Manager in a high volume full service hotel/banquet operation.
