Job description

The Hilton DFW Lakes has an opening for a Food and Beverage Outlet/Banquet Manager.

The F&B Manager oversees and supervises the outlets which includes Conference Dining, Three meal restaurant, Room Service, Sports Bar and Restaurant, and banquet functions.

Responsibilities:

Open/close outlets according to hours of operation
Must have full familiarity with menus of all the outlets and banquets
Must be familiar with and adhere to all liquor liability laws and be TABC certified
Ensure profitability by controlling expenses
Ensure guest satisfaction
Understanding of all front of house positions
Knowledge of banquet event service
Able to work a flexible schedule including night, weekends and holidays to reflect business needs
Experience:

·         Minimum one year as a Restaurant Manager/Banquet Captain in a similar sized food and beverage operation in a full service hotel restaurant setting.
