CBRE Hotels (formerly PKF Consulting), in association with the Hotel Association of Tarrant County, is gathering information for the Annual Texas Trends® Hotel Industry Report. Your participation is critical in making this report an accurate and useful tool for you and your hotel’s budgeting process.
The publication includes a sub-market breakdown of Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston and San Antonio and shows the historical and projected Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and Supply for each submarket, as well as the entire metropolitan area. The survey results are compiled and utilized as a guide for CBRE’s projections for each submarket, making your input very important.
To show our appreciation, participants will receive a complimentary copy of the 2016 Texas Trends® Hotel Industry Report in September, in time for your budgeting process. This report will sell to non-participants for $200.
