The ideal candidate  should be familiar and experienced with the latest in mixology,  craft cocktails, bar equipment, and sanitation standards, with a focus on maintaining an attractive bar.  Responsible for submitting guest menu selections and presenting these food and beverage preferences; required to be knowledgeable in the menu offerings and give recommendations from our compilation of cuisine and drink offerings.
