Server

The Outlet Server is responsible for promotion of specials and up selling, providing the highest quality of service to guests in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner. He/she is also responsible for receiving and delivering guests orders and collecting payment. The outlet server, must insure that all tables are kept clean and presentable with clean china, glassware, silverware and linen. A server, is to remove all dirty dishware, reset tables after guest’s departure, and restock service stands, empty trashcans, polish glass/silverware, and roll-silverware. Also, responsible for overall cleanliness of the restaurant i.e. cleaning chairs, tables, table legs, floor windows, etc. TABC and Food Handlers certified.

• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
• Medium work-Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
  Ability to stand during entire shift.
• Must be able to maneuver throughout the dining area while carrying full trays of food & beverages.
• $4.25 per hour plus tips.
