As a former hotelier himself, Alex is going to challenge us to ask ourselves if the hotel industry is still leading in hospitality. Looking outside in, he will walk us through how the massive rise of consumer technology is not just impacting our guest's expectations of how to connect with us, but more importantly, what it means to deliver great service today.
