We are all faced sometimes with the arduous task of collecting tax exemption information from clients, partners, vendors and prospects, and HATC recommends turning to the good old State of Texas web site for information regarding tax exemption. We thought we would share a link to the Texas Tax-Exempt Entity online search tool which is used to identify and obtain online verification of organization’s exemption from Texas franchise tax, sales and use tax and hotel occupancy taxes.
